Order Policy
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email
and given an approximate in-stock date. Multiple item orders will
be held until the order is completely filled, unless you request to
have items in stock shipped out seperately.
Most orders will ship out within 5 business days, but allow for 3
weeks on backordered items.

Payment
We accept Visa/Mastercard and Discover. Money orders & checks
are also accepted, but please remember that checks may take 7-10 days
to clear, and will delay the shipment of your order.

At this time, we do not ship outside the USA.

Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
To obtain a return authorization number, please email your request
to: info@tooqt.com
All returns must be accompanied by an invoice number and a return
authorization number.
All returns must be un-used and in original condition and packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of the
original shipping charges.
Any and all claims must be made returned within 30 days from sale
date.
In the event you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for
shipping charges back to tooQt's warehouse. You will be refunded the
purchase price less the shipping fee and the restocking fee.
In the event of an exchange, you will also be responsible for shipping
charges back to you.
Defective Goods / Claims
We do not issue "call tags" for defective goods. Please
inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you are returning
an item because it is damaged or broken, we will examine the item(s)
and then determine if it should be turned in as a claim to our shipping
service. Claims due to damaged goods will either be refunded or replaced
based on seller's sole discretion.
Privacy Policy
All personal information gathered by tooQt due to order processing,
are held strictly confidential. Any emails you receive from us is
related to your order or inquiry only. You may get a newsletter from
us which you can opt out of if you do not wish to receive it. On occasion,
we offer our customers that opted in on our mailing list, discounts
and coupons etc. If you do not wish to remain in our mailing list,
you can easily unsubscribe to that also.
